Our CAD/CAM course on Autodesk Fusion is designed for beginners — especially those already working in CNC milling who want to expand their skills and grow within the manufacturing industry. Whether you're completely new to design and programming or looking to build confidence using CAD/CAM software, this hands-on course will guide you step-by-step through the fundamentals of Fusion. Complete beginners are welcome, and no prior experience with Fusion is required.

The aim of our training course is to teach trainees essential methods and strategies to help kick-start their passion or career with Fusion. The course lasts for three days, and the atmosphere is relaxed, allowing for clear thinking and effective learning. Training is conducted at our site in Tamworth, though occasionally it may be held off-site depending on the circumstances.

The course language options are either English or Polish, subject to availability.

Currently we only offer one-to-one sessions, which is very beneficial for the trainee.

Day 1 – CAD (Design)
Learn how to create accurate 2D sketches and 3D models in Fusion. These skills are essential for CNC milling, prototyping, and general design work — and especially useful if you own a 3D printer and want to start designing your own parts or products.

Day 2 – CAM (Manufacturing)
We cover the basics of CNC milling programming: creating toolpaths, choosing strategies, setting up your job, and generating code ready for machining.

Day 3 – Full Project & Production Efficiency
You’ll design, program, and simulate a full part from start to finish. We’ll focus on real-world efficiency — streamlining workflows, optimising toolpaths, and improving production time.

No laptop or any other items such as notebooks are required, all necessary equipment will be provided upon arrival.

Every participant receives a certificate of attendance upon completion.

The full price of the three-day course is £485.00, to be paid in full on the first day of the training.
